Southern Maine PHO

The Southern Maine Physician-Hospital Organization was formed in 1996 by the Southern Maine Medical Center and its medical staff for the purpose of entering into contractual relationships with health care delivery systems and third party payors to improve the health and general welfare of the community by promoting and facilitating the delivery of high quality, accessible, cost-effective health care services.
