St. Mary's Health System
Maine Covenant has been around since May 1999 and is part of the St. Mary's Health System. Around that time, St. Mary's Health System decided that it's employed group of physicians in Community Clinical Services, Inc. could better serve the community by joining forces with other independent physicians and providers in the community to provide quality, coordinated care to our patients.
Maine Covenant includes not only physicians who sign the Affiliation Agreement, but also St. Mary's Regional Medical Center, St. Marguerite d'Youville Pavilion, Community Clinical Services, WorkMed Occupational Health Services, and St. Mary's Health System.
St. Mary's Health System, representing Maine Covenant members, enters into various risk sharing and non-risk sharing contracts with managed care corporations. As a member of Maine Covenant, you will automatically be entered into the risk sharing contracts as they come into play.
