Directions

From Interstate 295 (north or south) take the Forest Avenue South exit (the first Forest Avenue exit coming from the south and the second coming from the north). Go straight off the exit, veer right on State Street - this is a one-way road that is adjacent to Deering Oaks Park. Continue up State Street to the top of the hill. At the intersection of State and Congress Street, go left onto Congress Street. Continue on Congress to the intersection at High Street. At this junction, bear right onto Free Street (Starbucks on left/Museaum of Art on right - do not go right. Continue down Free Street to the Free Street Parking Garage on the right.

Please park in the garage and walk back up Free Street to enter the 110 Free Street building on the left. Please bring your ticket from the garage with you so it can be validated.

The Maine PHO office is located on the first floor to the right of the receptionist.
