Directions

• Get off Route 295 at Franklin Street (Exit 7)
• Cross Marginal Way on Franklin Street - going up the hill
• At Congress Street (second light at the top of the hill, Top of the Hill parking lot will be on your right) - Turn right onto Congress Street.
• Go past the Portland Fire Department on your left.
• Turn Right onto Elm Street (the street just before the Portland Public Library)
• Continue down Elm Street to the Public Market Garage on the left. You will go through a light at Cumberland/Elm street and enter the lot at the far end.
• Walk back up to Elm Street towards Congress Street and turn left.

443 Congress Street is the building on the corner of Congress and Elm Streets. The Maine PHO office is located on the 5th floor.

We would like for you to park in the Public Market Garage vs. the Elm Street Garage which is directly behind our building. We are able to validate your parking card for Public Market Garage. Unfortunately, we are unable to validate parking at Elm Street Garage.
