2) 2010 PRISMs!
The MaineHealth Learning Community would like to introduce you to our 2010 PRISM series! This series is based on the Institute for Healthcare Improvement's (IHI) Triple Aim concept which optimizes the three dimensions of Population Health, Patient Experience and Cost and Efficiency to improve the healthcare experience.
January 21st
2a) Population Health PRISM:
Conference Presentations including a video of Dr. Zell's keynote presentation.
Evaluation Results
May 20th
2b) Patient Experience PRISM: Participants will review the principles of individual and family-centered care and how to improve the overall patient experience.
September 16th
2c) Cost and Efficiency PRISM Participants will learn techniques to minimize the cost of care.
